I had worked with other coaches before and got very little results, so I was hesitant to invest more money in coaching but Tam is worth her weight and gold! She truly means it when she says she will do whatever it takes to get you your results. This work isn't easy but Tam was there every step of the way to guide me through the ups and downs. I now have a completely different perspective on life and on our last session when Tam read back to me where I wanted to be at the end of my break through it was bang on! If you are thinking about doing a break through, do it!

Having gone through a breakthrough session with Tam I can honestly say my life has changed for the absolute best. I used to see various psychologists who were good at making me aware of my traumas and issues but never felt they were able to help me heal/move forward. The techniques that Tams used in our sessions not only allowed me to acknowledge past traumas, I was also able to move through these and heal old wounds. The net result has been incredible and I truly feel like a happier, more confident version of myself.

I’ve felt so drawn to Tam and her work for a long time. I was hesitant to start working with her, never feeling ready or that I could do the work. I realised I’d never be ready so I finally committed and it’s been an incredible journey so far. I’m becoming more self aware, learning lots about myself, I’m feeling calmer, more grounded and my relationships are improving.
