IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER

The Holistic Healers Academy trains and certifies practitioners in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy®, and Hypnosis. While we ensure that graduates meet the standards of our certifications, they operate as independent practitioners and are responsible for their own practices, including maintaining appropriate insurance and adhering to professional guidelines.

By engaging with a Master Practitioner graduate, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Academy is not liable for the actions, advice, or outcomes resulting from services provided by a Master Practitioner graduate.
  • You are solely responsible for vetting the practitioner to ensure they are the right fit for you, including but not limited to booking a discovery call to clarify their approach, experience, and suitability for your needs.
  • All services are provided at your own risk.

MASTER PRACTITIONER QUALIFICATIONS

Master Practitioners certified by the Academy hold the following qualifications:

  • Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
  • Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
  • Practitioner of Time Line Therapy®
  • Master Practitioner of Time Line Therapy®
  • Hypnosis Certification

While these qualifications demonstrate training and certification in specific modalities, Master Practitioners certified by the Holistic Healers Academy receive fortnightly ongoing training to continue their professional education and stay up to date with current coaching practices. This ensures they have access to the latest methodologies and tools to support their clients effectively.

However, the Holistic Healers Academy does not supervise, manage, or directly oversee the work of independent practitioners outside of the allotted fortnightly training hours. Each practitioner operates their own practice, maintains their own insurance, and is solely responsible for their actions, advice, and client outcomes. The Academy is not liable for any services provided by Master Practitioners or for any results or issues arising from a client’s engagement with them.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

The Holistic Healers Academy is not responsible for:

  • Any advice, treatments, or outcomes provided by independent practitioners certified through the Academy.
  • Ensuring the practitioner’s suitability for your specific needs.
  • Any adverse physical, emotional, or mental outcomes experienced during or after engaging with an independent practitioner.

You agree that the Academy is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your engagement with a certified practitioner.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure a positive experience when working with a Master Practitioner graduate, you are responsible for:

  • Conducting your own due diligence to determine the suitability of the practitioner for your needs.
  • Booking and attending a discovery call to clarify the practitioner’s qualifications, methods, and approach.
  • Acknowledging that the Academy’s role is limited to training and certifying practitioners, and the decision to work with a practitioner is entirely your own.

PRACTITIONER INDEPENDENCE

Each certified practitioner operates their own practice and maintains their own insurance. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of the Holistic Healers Academy. The Academy does not monitor their ongoing work, business practices, or interactions with clients.

The content on this website is for educational purposes only and should not be taken as medical, psychological, or professional advice. While we strive to provide accurate and relevant information, the Academy makes no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content provided.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Western Australia.
